How to Apply
Request More Info & Schedule a Tour
To start the admission process, we ask that you schedule a tour of our school and meet with the Director for Admission. Your children are welcome to tour with you but are not required to do so. If you decide to apply, your child will experience an immersive school visit of their own.
Application Process
United Friends School evaluates applications as they are received. You may choose to apply for the current school year or apply for the next full academic school year using the Facts Management System.
United Friends School uses FACTS Management to collect applicant information. Outlined below are the necessary requirements for a complete application.

Submit the online application and include your non-refundable fee of $20 with your application. Supporting documentation can be emailed to admissions@unitedfriendsschool.org;

Teacher recommendation letters should be attached. We ask that you utilize the following forms when requesting recommendations. Forms can be sent to a teacher or administrator of your choice.

Preschool Common Recommendation Form

K-8 Common Recommendation Form

IEP, 504, or other relevant documentation if applicable.

Graded writing sample (middle school only);

Copies of recent report cards will be included. Our Admissions office will send a request directly to the current or prior school on your behalf.

Each student must undergo a student assessment, which ensures that we are ready to meet your child’s educational needs. Student assessments will be completed during the scheduled student visit.

Request financial aid through FACTS financial aid assessment if needed.

Scheduling a Student Visit
For PreK, your child will visit with Amy Wall, Director of Admission as well as the Mott class for 30 minutes.
Kindergarten – 8th-grade students will have a visit day in their current grade. This visit will be scheduled once you have submitted your application.
Student assessments are conducted to ensure we are ready to meet your child’s educational needs. Student assessments will be completed during the scheduled visit.
Acceptance
Decisions regarding your application will be made available to you. After you have received your letter of acceptance, you will need to complete the enrollment packet sent to you and include a deposit. Once received, your enrollment will be confirmed and reserved.
